After busy race days in October, November and December we can certainly say the new Kappture PoS solution has delivered exactly what we were looking for and has been well received by our customers and staff. Contactless payments throughout the new areas has certainly increased sales.
The whole project was managed cohesively by Jockey Club Catering and Addvance IT and the installation team worked effectively to make sure all the sales areas were ready for our opening day. I have been impressed with the ease of use, speed of deployment, management information and the minimal system support required after go live.

We are always looking to enhance the fans experience when they come to Twickenham Stadium. We now have an innovative and efficient merchandising solution available to our hospitality guests who can browse, purchase and have their orders delivered directly to them when at the stadium.
Our dedicated hospitality team are on hand to assist guests when ordering via the tablet system. We are delighted with how well the system has been received by hospitality guests and also by our retail team from an operational level. The project which was delivered in just four weeks and launched during the QBE Internationals in November 2014 has been a great success and we are already working to further develop the system and our offering ahead of the next major competition at Twickenham Stadium.
We worked closely with Addvance IT prior to selecting the solution –making sure all our customer and client requirements could be met.
The design of our own branded Mobile App and customer website has been a real winner for our students and staff and we can now offer promotions and rewards easily and quickly. The implementation was well managed with a simple and effective training program backed up by on site go live support on the first day.
When issues arose they have been fixed quickly and we are now seeing the benefits of managing our operation with the help of real time sales and cashless information via the cloud
Kappture was installed quickly and on time ready for the new academic year with all our sales items and student information. Staff were trained on site and supported on the go live days. The new system helps us control our student allowances on a daily basis and offers a wide range of customer promotions.
It was essential that the cashless system solution integrated with the College's current technologies and fulfilled the requirements of the staff and students. The new system uses the existing HID iClasscards and provides an easy to use, cohesive solution… The Kappture PoS system has scalable functionality and multiple possibilities.
